Can I substitute MYPZ Chunky kidmohair DK with MYPZ Fluffy?

Yes. But with a few notes!

No.10 patterns:
All No.10 patterns are originally designed using 1 strand of MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK.
When using MYPZ Fluffy, you simply knit the same pattern while holding 2 strands of Fluffy together to achieve a similar look and structure.

No.12 patterns:
For the No.12 cardigans or pullover, the pattern is designed using 2 strands of MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK held together. When knitting this design with MYPZ Fluffy, we recommend using 3 strands of Fluffy held together to achieve a comparable look and fabric structure.

Which needle size should I use with Fluffy?

This depends on how many strands you use. With 2 strands, needle sizes usually range between 7-10 mm, but you can go smaller for a denser fabric or larger for a more open, airy look.
3 strands together is recommended for our no.12 patterns.

Is Fluffy itchy or suitable for sensitive skin?

Fluffy does not contain mohair, but is made with alpaca and merino wool. Most people find this yarn soft and comfortable to wear, even on bare skin. However, sensitivity can vary from person to person, so we always recommend making a small swatch if you are unsure.

How should I wash garments made with Fluffy?

Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild soap, or dry clean. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Always dry flat to maintain the shape of your garment.
